The role involves working independently at job sites, with a team of experienced professionals focused on quality service and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of heavy equipment repair experience, a diesel technology background, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years heavy equipment repair experience.
• CDL strongly preferred or willingness to obtain CDL upon hire.
• Pre-employment drug test and random post-accident testing; zero-tolerance policy.
• Willingness to travel regularly to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Field Service: Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment in the field.
• Interact professionally with customers and support personnel to troubleshoot and address repair needs.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic system issues.
• Repairs & rebuilds: Replace or repair engines, transmissions, final drives, hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and related systems.
• Document service reports, parts lists, and timecards promptly.
