Job summary

Herc Rentals Inc. in Catoosa, OK, is seeking a Field Service Mechanic B to support fleet maintenance at customer sites, performing preventative and corrective maintenance from a service truck.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, mentor junior staff, and ensure equipment remains on the rental ready line. The role offers full benefits, weekly pay, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a service truck.
• Ownership of a basic set of hand and air/electric tools.
• Ability to read schematics and work with electrical/hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PM schedules at active job sites.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
• Replace oil/fuel filters, water pumps, thermostats, and radiators onsite.
• Diagnose/repair cooling, electrical, and hydraulic systems onsite.
• Enter work orders and parts in fleet management system.
• Mentor Field Service Mechanic C technicians.
• Keep service truck and inventory organized.
