Industrial Field Service Technician – Pumps / Compressors / HVAC

1. Independently perform expert field service and repair on pumps and air compressors.
2. Minimum of two years’ experience related to mechanical equipment service (e.g., air compressors, pumps, rotating equipment).
3. Possess superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
4. Exhibit goal-oriented behaviors and effective time management principles.
5. Maintain a customer-focused attitude.
6. Have mechanical and electrical experience with pumps and air compressors and the ability to troubleshoot.
7. Basic experience with computers and wireless communication devices is preferred.
8. Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
9. Ability to operate test and measuring equipment.
10. Experience in pump and air compressor field service is preferred.
11. Must be able to pass background checks, reference checks, and a drug test.
