Job summary

WPI field service team seeks a Field Service Tech Master Journeyman to diagnose, service, and repair heavy equipment within a designated region on a 14/14 schedule. You will work with a Rapid Response group, performing advanced troubleshooting with minimal supervision and maintaining client relations.

The role requires strong electrical and diagnostic skills, the ability to train others, and the flexibility to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required; professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in construction and mining machinery industry.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and perform advanced troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, services and repairs heavy equipment systems.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and repairs components.
• Completes documentation for work performed.
• Travel and overnight stays as required.
