• Lead health and safety training and compliance.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports with HSE.
• Drive process improvements and policy adherence.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Mentor team and conduct appraisals.
• Participate in field service management meetings.
• Represent management when visiting customer premises.
• Oversee tools, equipment and company car maintenance.
