Job summary

Allied Interior Solutions, based in Desoto, Texas, seeks a Field Services Manager to coordinate multi-family cabinetry installations and serve as the primary liaison between clients and AIS. You will manage subcontractor invoices, monitor installers, and ensure timely project execution on site.

The role requires three years of construction experience, cabinetry knowledge, and strong communication to resolve issues and maintain client relationships across departments.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Three Years Construction Experience.
  • At least One Year Experience in Construction Management (preferred).
  • Understanding cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, quality control, costs, and distribution.
  • Understanding financial reports, budgets and profitability considerations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely.

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The Field Services Manager at Allied Interior Solutions is the first point of contact, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of multi-family cabinetry projects. The primary duties for this position include managing and submitting sub-contractor invoices and being a strong liaison between the client and the AIS.

  • Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TRAINING):
Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Required Experience:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge:
  • Understanding of cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Understanding financial reports, setting budgets, and making necessary adjustments to keep the company profitable.
  • Understanding and ensuring the company’s compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills:
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment or of a production department within a manufacturing establishment.
  • Excellent customer service skills to deal with clients’ inquiries and complaints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with clients, staff, and management.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems that arise in the manufacturing and delivery process.
  • Ability to manage one’s own time and the time of others effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers and clients to meet the company’s objectives
  • Basic Computer Skills such as MS Office Suite
Abilities:
  • Ability to self-motivate and work without immediate supervision.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to make necessary adjustments to meet on-time delivery goals.
  • Ability to ensure the company’s compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work Environment:

Field Environment with exposure to construction sites and the general hazards associated with that field.

Physical Demands:
  • Manual Dexterity Required to manipulate standard office peripherals.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to work out door in extreme weather.
  • Ability to work at unfinished construction sites.
  • Ability to drive for long periods within a designated service area.
Travel Required:

Constant Travel to visit multiple work sites in a designated service area.
