Job summary

Allied Interior Solutions, a division of Allied Stone, Inc., is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Dallas/FW area. This role coordinates all aspects of installation for Single-family projects, with work based in the DFW region.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, oversee field operations, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships across AIS departments and with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of construction experience.
• Previous construction management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and installation with clients, inspections and QC.
• Field measures and drive box truck for deliveries and unloading.
• Hire new subcontractors.
• Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
• Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely.
• Anticipate and resolve client issues and attend mandated meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and AIS departments.
• Commit to being highly visible on job sites.
