Are you a Field Service Manager with experience in electrical infrastructure or industrial equipment, looking to join a rapidly growing company offering new industry training and career progression?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding manufacturer where you'll lead and scale the Field Service and Commissioning organization, develop your own team, and play a key role in growing the company's lifecycle service capabilities across North America.

This company specializes in mission-critical power systems and integrated electrical infrastructure, supporting customers across data centers, utilities, industrial facilities, commercial applications, and defense. With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a Field Service Manager to drive operational excellence and develop a scalable, customer-focused service organization.

In this varied leadership role, you'll oversee nationwide field service and commissioning activities, including system startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty support, emergency response, preventative maintenance, and customer training. You'll develop technicians and supervisors, establish standardized service procedures and KPIs, and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

This role would suit a Field Service Manager looking for a high-impact position with genuine opportunities to build a team and progress long term.

The Role:

• Lead and scale Field Service and Commissioning operations supporting mission-critical power systems across North America
• Build, mentor, and develop field technicians and supervisors, including technician training and certification programs
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management to improve product reliability and service delivery
• Primarily office-based leadership position with travel to customer sites and company locations as required

The Person:

• Field Service Manager, Service Operations Manager, Field Operations Manager, Commissioning Manager, or similar leadership experience
• Experience within power generation, mission-critical electrical infrastructure, switchgear, power distribution, or similar industrial equipment
• Experience managing field technicians, customer-facing operations, and nationwide/remote service activities
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
