In this role, you'll take the lead in supporting customers and field teams with the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of a variety of power system equipment. This includes systems related to power delivery, drives, and controls. You'll play a key part in keeping critical equipment up and running while helping guide on‑site activities.

What You'll Do

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, both internal and on customer sites
• Install, maintain, repair, and commission equipment related to power delivery, control systems, outages, and power quality
• Support planned and unplanned outages as needed
• Work closely with field engineers and leadership to execute projects efficiently
• Build strong working relationships with teammates and customers
• Deliver a high level of service that helps drive repeat business and referrals

What You Bring

• High school diploma and 9+ years of hands‑on experience in power systems, commissioning, testing, or maintenance
