Job summary

Progressive Surface, Inc. seeks a Field Service Coordinator to support the installed equipment base by handling customer service inquiries, warranty requests, and service activities through the ticket system.

You will coordinate field maintenance, repairs, calibration, and preventative maintenance at customer sites. You will provide technical support to field technicians, act as a liaison among customers and internal teams, and help ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer support within a manufacturing or technical service environment.
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical or electrical diagrams/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supports installed machine base with customer service and warranty requests via service ticket system.
• Quotes and coordinates field maintenance service activities (repairs, warranty, calibration).
• Provides and coordinates technical support for field service technicians at customer sites.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Service Call Center rotation duty.
