1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Sparks, GA is seeking a Full Time Field Service Leader to oversee daily logistics, route planning, and driver teams on client sites. You will drive safe truck operations and deliver exceptional service while building a motivated field crew.

The role combines leadership with hands-on work, including coordinating schedules, training staff, and supporting sales initiatives. Ideal candidates have logistics or dispatch experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Logistics, KPI’s, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management preferred.
• 21+ years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and WOW customers with a positive attitude.
• Drive and load trucks safely; train and motivate a team of drivers and crew.
• Handle junk removal with heavy and light lifting on residential/commercial sites.
• Manage daily operations; monitor and improve performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent the brand; collaborate with marketing for local outreach and acquisition.
• Participate in daily role-play scenarios to support training and development.
