Integrion Automation is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our Field Service team, overseeing daily operations and developing a high-performing group. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service within a fast-paced industrial automation environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Sales, HR, and Operations to support growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or field service.
• Proven track record improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of automation systems and field service best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day field service operations and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate service schedules, technician assignments, and resource allocation.
• Monitor service requests, project support activities, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for field service activities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field service technicians and coordinators.
