Job summary

FLANDERS Inc. is seeking a Field Service Lead Technician for our Casper, WY operations to lead field service projects and perform advanced diagnostic, maintenance, installation, testing, and repair on complex electromechanical equipment.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to mentor technicians while ensuring safety and quality on site. Travel to customer sites will be frequent, with close collaboration between field teams, customers, and FLANDERS

Qualifications

Minimum four (4) years of hands-on experience working with electrical and/or mechanical equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
Experience servicing motors, generators, and rotating equipment with strong troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

Lead field service projects and coordinate the daily activities of technicians.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and mentoring to team members.
Ensure work scopes are understood and executed according to customer and company requirements.
Communicate job progress, status updates, risks, and technical issues to leadership and customers.
Mentor Technician I–III personnel and support employee development.
Uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards in all field activities.
Represent FLANDERS professionally with customers and stakeholders.
Support testing, commissioning, and startup activities as required.
