Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Lead Technician-Service to coordinate daily tasks, perform quality audits, and be the primary customer contact for service issues. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and driving responsibilities across multiple sites.

The position requires at least two years of commercial driving experience and a valid driver license (CDL or non-commercial). You will train drivers, inspect vehicles, and ensure service quality while maintaining logs and complying with

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct random quality control audits on portable restrooms, sinks, holding tanks, etc. to assess service quality.
• Assist with accident investigations and completing required paperwork.
• Assist with Safety tailgate meetings as needed.
• Serve as a resource to drivers regarding vehicle issues and report to management and safety.
• Serve as the primary contact with customers regarding service issues and coordinate resolution with management.
• Assist with training of new drivers or retraining of current drivers.
• Promote professional attitudes and act as a positive role model for staff.
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections and report deficiencies.
• Operate service trucks to and from designated work sites and service units per guidelines.
• Maintain radio/phone contact with dispatch and keep truck logs per regulations.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
