HECO is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead our field operations, quote and schedule work, and manage a small team. You will collaborate with sales and our operations manager to grow the service base while meeting monthly targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in electric motor field service with project management, comfort presenting to customers, and willingness to travel up to 50% to sites.

Competenze

• 5+ years of electric motor field service experience with project management.
• Experience with above NEMA frame motors up to 10,000HP.
• Ability to present to customers about industry-leading techniques.
• Willingness to travel ~45–50% of the time.
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Experience writing technical reports after completed work.
• Strong cross-department communication.
• Culture fit with HECO core values.

Mansioni

• Lead Field Service team in day-to-day operations.
• Quote and schedule all field service-related work.
• Responsible for department monthly P&L.
• Lead, Manage, and train service technicians.
• Recruit, hire, and train additional service technicians.
• Create/review service reports for customers.
• Ensure all technicians are up to date on required safety training.
• Be onsite and main customer contact for large projects.
• Occasionally onsite for team growth and project execution.
