Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Field Service Representative III in Corpus Christi, TX to lead a service location, train staff and customers, and deliver and service medical equipment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 5+ years of customer-facing experience, and 1 year in a leadership role, with onsite work and potential travel. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher, verified before start.
• Five years of customer-facing experience in any environment.
• One year in a team lead or supervisory role in any environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in a service location and train staff and customers.
• Handle loading/unloading and service of medical equipment.
• Maintain inventory and administer documentation for delivery and return.
• Serve as service center designee in absence of management.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, scheduling, and prioritization of customer needs.
• Ensure facilities and vehicles are maintained and compliant with policy.
