Job summary

Solventum in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Service Lead to provide leadership at a service location, train employees and customers, and ensure operational compliance. Responsibilities include handling medical equipment, inventory, and documentation, while coordinating daily support for customer needs.

You will oversee loading/unloading, scheduling, and the facility/vehicle upkeep, and may act as the site designee in the absence of management. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years of customer facing experience in various environments.
• One year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Train other service center employees and customers on protocols and troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to safety and policy compliance.
• Oversee local operations, including metrics and courier use.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, disposables and documentation.
• Manage daily customer support priorities and resource allocation.
• Load and unload medical devices and supplies.
• Process delivery and retrieval paperwork.
• Maintain facilities and vehicle appearance and maintenance.
• Act as service center designee in absence of management.
