Job summary

Clean Harbors in Dolton, IL seeks a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. You will ensure equipment operates safely, drive efficiencies at the work site, and maintain timely documentation for each project.

The role requires managing crew performance, leading safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations while supporting customer needs and company policies. On-call duties and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field service operations or supervising teams
• Ability to communicate with clients and management effectively
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight 2–4 nights per month
• Demonstrated commitment to health and safety policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew
• Ensure equipment is operational andSite safety is maintained per regulations
• Complete documentation and paperwork in a timely manner
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and processes
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety policies
• Drive efficiency and meet project deadlines
• Manage on-site vendors and client communications
