Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in environmental field service operations.
• Knowledge of Clean Harbors Field Services.
• Ability to adapt to change and streamline project work.
• Knowledge of various types of equipment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations and Clean Harbors policies.

Responsibilities

• Directs field service operations and oversees technicians and drivers.
• Manages large-scale field service and emergency response projects.
• Acts as on-call coordinator when needed.
• Ensures safety policies and regulations are followed on-site.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA, EPA and H&S standards.
• Creates daily schedules and ensures proper equipment maintenance and inventory.
