Job summary

Carrier is seeking an engineering-focused intern/associate in Clifton, NJ to assist with startup, commissioning and calibration of customer systems using pneumatic, electrical and electronic technology. You will help maintain drawings and support turnover to service.

The role requires pursuing an Engineering degree with GPA 3.0 or higher, eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship, and a valid driver’s license. Travel more than 50% is expected within the local region.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with startup, commissioning of customer systems using pneumatic/electrical/electronic tech.
• Maintain accurate As-Built drawings in Bluebeam, Excel, Word.
• Calibrate systems using basic electronic test equipment (multimeters, network terminals, laptop).
• Assist in commissioning software and set up operator workstations.
• Track and report job progress to lead project personnel.
