Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing instruments, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for technical education or experience in instrumentation. The role involves approximately 50% overnight travel and requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1,800 hours of technical education or an associate’s degree, or 3+ years of relevant instrumentation and industrial experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site demand, outage, and contract field services for process control instruments.
• Conduct diagnostics, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Install, start up, and commission process instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions in process instruments and control systems.
• Provide informal on-the-job training to customers on equipment operation.
