Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking an Installer to install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment at customer sites in the Corona area. The role requires travel in a company vehicle to perform on-site repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in equipment repair. Proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of work experience in commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair preferred.
• Knowledge of single-phase electric power equipment.
• Experience with telephone and email/ticketing dispatch system-based customer support preferred.
• Proficient MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment at customer sites following safety standards.
• Diagnose issues, provide findings and recommendations to customers for proper operation.
• Order and track parts, assist with preventive maintenance, and manage parts inventory.
• Write accurate reports summarizing work performed.
• Travel in company vehicle to customer locations for on-site service and installations.
• Communicate escalations to the Service Manager and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain clean vehicle and timely completion of service orders.
