Job summary

Mark-Vii-Equipment is seeking a Service Technician & Install to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of repairs on equipment in customer sites across Texas. You will diagnose chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including PLC controllers, and provide clear technical guidance to customers and distributors.

You will also train customer personnel in operation and maintenance, assist in installing new carwash equipment, and modify or update equipment as needed

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant field experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on equipment in the field.
• Troubleshoot chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, PLCs and power supplies.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and distributors.
• Provide on-site training for customer personnel on use, operation, and maintenance.
• Assist with installation of new carwash equipment as needed.
• Repair malfunctions and update equipment when required.
• Maintain tools and test equipment in good condition; keep company equipment serviced.
• Communicate clearly with customers and company personnel to ensure service quality.
• Stay informed about new developments and contribute to process improvements.
