Job summary

Mark VII - Clean Cars® is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform equipment maintenance, repair, and on-site customer support in the Cincinnati area. The role involves diagnosing issues across chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including PLCs, and providing training to customer personnel as needed.

You will work with dispatch to schedule preventive maintenance, ensure safe vehicle operation, and implement equipment updates to improve reliability and reduce customer

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment including PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned by Dispatch.
• Troubleshoot chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, PLCs and power supplies.
• Provide diagnostic analysis and technical assistance to customers and distributors.
• Offer on-site technical training for customer personnel on use and maintenance.
• Assist in installation of new carwash equipment when needed.
• Repair malfunctions and update equipment as required.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and materials professionally.
• Ensure company equipment is kept in proper condition and operate vehicles safely.
