Job summary

Wiese Usa Inc is seeking a Service Technician to repair material handling equipment, from forklifts to aerial lifts. You will be the primary point of contact between the company and customers, delivering expert mechanical service with a professional image.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting problems, obtaining customer approval before repairs, completing paperwork, and promoting additional Wiese services.

Qualifications

• Hazard assessments for each job and maintain safety/quality standards.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, background check, MVR etc.
• Provide your own hand tools as part of duties.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer equipment problems and obtain customer approval before repairs.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork and update work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote additional Wiese services.
• Lead safety initiatives and follow all safety policies and procedures.
