Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews in hydrovac, vacuum excavation, and related services on customer sites in the United States. This hands-on leadership role coordinates equipment, schedules, and serves as the primary liaison between customers, field teams, and management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in industrial environments, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule for nights and travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervisory or crew-lead roles in environmental field services, construction, manufacturing, or similar industrial settings.
• Experience leading field crews of at least 3 employees.
• Proven ability to communicate directly with customers and management as the primary field contact.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling job documentation for field projects.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Current HAZWOPER and Confined Space training certifications.
• Ability to perform hands-on field work and wear PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field service operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate field crews, schedules, and equipment assignments.
• Serve as primary field contact for customers and management.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with regulations.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to address hazards and deficiencies.
• Operate required equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Provide hands-on guidance to crew members to meet client requirements.
• Safely operate company vehicles per DOT and related requirements.
• Manage project documentation and assist with job reconciliation.
• Perform additional duties to support field operations and company objectives.
