Job summary

Clean Harbors in Odessa, TX is seeking a Field Service Foreperson to supervise Field Technicians and manage emergency response and hazardous waste cleanup projects.

This role requires travel, on-call duties, adherence to OSHA/EPA safety standards, and the ability to train crews while meeting schedule and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a physically intensive role.
• Previous experience in a supervisory/crew lead or leadership role.
• Ability to travel for extended periods, overnight.
• On-call for emergency response.
• Valid Driver’s license and ability to meet position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Field Technicians and execution of field projects on time and within budget.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA and H&S standards and coordinate safety training.
• Plan manpower, equipment and resources for field service and emergency response.
• Train and mentor technicians and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Attend compliance meetings and complete field documentation and permits.
