Overview

This position will allow you to apply your technical knowledge and experience to solve customers’ instrumentation issues and ensure optimal system performance.

Location

Madison, Wisconsin

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites in the area to perform on-site service
• Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
• Act as a generalist, supporting all company product lines, including automated lab equipment and animal handling systems

Ideal Skills/Knowledge

• 3 + years experience working hands-on with electromechanical equipment
• Able to read schematics and perform troubleshooting on complex systems
• AA or BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to travel regionally
• Knowledge of lab equipment is a plus but not required
• Valid driver license
