Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies LLC seeks a Field Service Engineering Technician to deliver expert in-field service on wastewater treatment systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and support product management with field feedback.

The role requires 5–8+ years of related experience, a mechanical/Environmental Science background, and ability to read schematics. Travel up to 75% and outdoor work in varying conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Technology or Environmental Science degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in field service, wastewater, septic, water treatment, plumbing, electrical or industrial maintenance recommended.
• Experience with pumps, blowers, motors, controls, instrumentation, and treatment equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and verify wastewater treatment system performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Document service activities, findings, and actions; communicate with customers clearly.
