Dornier MedTech America (DMTA) is a medical device company focused on advancing urology care with laser systems, lithotripters, and endourology devices. The Field Service Engineer will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lithotripsy systems, urology tables, and standalone X-ray equipment in the field, traveling to sites and solving complex service issues.

This role is the second tier on our Full Line Service technical path, with ongoing training toward Senior Service Engineer

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent.
• 3 to 8 years of combined technical field service experience (including time served as a Field Service Representative) or equivalent.
• Proficiency with lithotripsy, urology table, and standalone X-ray equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lithotripsy systems, urology tables, and standalone X-ray equipment independently.
• Handle site installation and de-installation, including scheduling, packing, unpacking, and inspecting equipment.
• Operate standard test equipment and remote diagnostic tools to triage and resolve service issues.
• Maintain trunk stock inventory and company fleet vehicle according to policy.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to Field Service Representatives.
