Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Manchester, NH area. You’ll diagnose complex vehicle concerns at Ford/Lincoln dealerships, improve service processes, and ensure top‑notch ownership experiences for customers.

You’ll spend several days weekly visiting dealerships, providing hands‑on repair guidance, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with cross‑functional Ford teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of automotive dealership diagnosis and repair experience.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays weekly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair at Ford/Lincoln dealership sites.
• Visit dealerships ~4 days per week and review service performance.
• Provide in‑dealership repair assistance and lead difficult repairs.
• Coach dealership technicians and support dispute resolution teams.
