Job summary

Fuji America is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and optimize Fuji SMT automation equipment across North America. You will install systems, perform commissioning, upgrades, and provide remote and on-site support to customers.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred; SMT experience strongly preferred. Travel up to 75% with strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic and customer-facing communication skills, working primarily at customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with SMT equipment or similar automation machinery preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic and preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and startup Fuji SMT automation systems across North America.
• Perform system retrofits, upgrades, and custom equipment modifications.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and process issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and customer training.
