Job summary

SCREEN SPE USA, LLC in Austin is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform service support on FC-3100 and SU-3200 toolsets, with potential 200mm support. The role is based in the Austin area with regional travel.

Salary range: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour. Responsibilities include safety-system engagement, log checks, maintenance and data research for parts and tool upgrades, plus customer relations and on-site training with MTs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with field experience, or military technical training.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and tool support.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage in safety systems, log checks and data entry for tracking.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on toolsets.
• Provide training and support to customers and MTs as needed.
