Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate degree or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, or digital multimeters.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for travel.
• Ability to meet safety/environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Applied Materials equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system issues with senior support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
• Assist senior engineers during installations and upgrades.
• Build relationships with customers by providing professional support.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Continue to develop technical knowledge through training and mentorship.
