Swisslog is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to support and maintain automated material handling systems in New Albany, OH. You will perform retrofit and commissioning work on conveyors, pallet stackers, and robotics, with preventive and emergency service, remote support, and user training as part of the role.

The position requires hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance skills, ability to explain repairs, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong diagnostic equipment skills.

Responsabilités

• Support, maintain, repair, and upgrade installed systems.
• Identify system faults and make necessary corrections.
• Troubleshoot systems down to component level.
• Conduct training, maintenance / safety audits, and system repairs.
