Job summary

Anton Paar USA, Inc. is seeking a Service Representative for the West Region to join our in-house service team in Torrance, CA. The role covers instrument maintenance, repair, and customer support, reporting to the Western Region Service Manager.

The base salary range is $31-$35 per hour, with full benefits, profit sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years. Travel up to 30% is required, including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting electronics, working with schematics, test equipment, and tools.
• Associates degree in engineering or related technical field
• Ability to travel up to 30% (including overnight travel)
• Valid driver's license and passport

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, calibration, and repair of assigned product lines.
• Phone support for customers, troubleshooting.
• Supplemental travel to customer sites within the Region.
• Administrative tasks related to service work.
