Job summary

Anton Paar USA is seeking a Field Service Representative to join the Eastern Regional service team. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines, mainly in the Raleigh area.

Reporting to the Eastern Region Service Manager in Ashland, VA, the role requires up to 90% travel, strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently. A two-year tech degree and valid driver's license are preferred; eligible for company benefits,

• 2 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.

As a Field Service Representative and key member of the Eastern Regional service team, you provide on‑site service at customer sites, including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines.

You will report to the Eastern Region Service Manager in Ashland, VA. This position will be based out of or near Raleigh, NC. The base salary range for this position is $33.84 - $38.32 per hour and depends on technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit‑sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.
