Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. You will travel to multiple customer sites, install hardware/software, diagnose issues, and provide expert service with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in analytical instrument service, GMP exposure, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or AA in Engineering/related science with 5–10 years lab troubleshooting/repair of analytical equipment.
• Experience in GMP environment and dissolution/diffusion applications preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work at multiple customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, implement, maintain and repair Teledyne LABS products on-site.
• Configure hardware/software/networks at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
