Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Electronics, located in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Field Service Representative to support Vehicle Intercom Systems (VIS) and Battle Management Systems (BMS) for domestic and international customers. You will own the full lifecycle of field support, including installation, troubleshooting, and on-site demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field service, VIS/BMS knowledge, and the ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of field service experience.
• Familiarity with VIS software installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of tactical radio systems and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on VIS support from installation to troubleshooting for customers.
• Provide field-level BMS support at domestic and international sites.
• Lead VIS/BMS hardware/software installation to ensure mission readiness.
• Travel as needed to customer sites and depots to keep equipment operational.
