You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform maintenance, and install or upgrade equipment while analyzing data and supporting escalations. Qualifications

• Associate degree or military training, field service experience, or trade certification required.
• 4–7 years in semiconductor industry or equipment support recommended.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot highly complex technical issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Install, qualify, and upgrade advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Analyze performance data, logs, and diagnostics.
• Support customer escalations and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with process engineers, equipment engineers, and fab leadership.
• Impact semiconductor manufacturing performance and uptime.
