Job summary

Accounting Search seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to service automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater Cleveland, OH area. The role requires a solid electronics background and ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, with overnight travel as part of duties.

Sponsorship is not offered, and relocation is not provided. The position offers a base salary of 65k–85k plus potential bonuses and benefits, including a company vehicle and comprehensive medical coverage,

Qualifications

A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
Overnight travel will be required.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
Establish a good customer relations foundation.
Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.
