Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a seasoned mechanical/thermal engineer to drive liquid cooling solutions for data centers, AI, and enterprise servers. You will lead installation, commissioning, and lifecycle support, while ensuring seamless system integration and close collaboration with customers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cooling startups, maintenance, and repair, plus strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or thermal engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooling system start up, commissioning, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities

Lead in the installation, commission and lifecycle support of liquid cooling systems for data centers, AI, HPC, and enterprise servers.
Ensure seamless integration of cooling solutions into existing and new infrastructure.
Work closely with customers to understand their cooling requirements and develop customized solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in liquid cooling technologies, including Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and L11+ rack design.
Coordinate technical aspects of projects from conception to completion, including problem resolution and process development.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
