- Strong troubleshooting using documented procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer service for MLD and RRD products, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Support installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, and field service activities.
- Translate customer issues into clear, actionable updates for internal teams.
- Travel throughout the NJ/NYC area ~80%, with overnight possibilities.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and follow defined processes.
