Job summary

WGNSTAR, an ABM company focused on the semiconductor sector, is hiring for a full-time decontamination technician in Chandler, AZ. The role offers a 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday-to-Friday schedule with on-site responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities include removal of chamber kits and fore lines, purging gas and liquid lines, documenting Decon activities, following safety protocols, and daily pre-task planning with

Qualifications

• Must know Decon/Deinstall on AMAT EPI OEM equipment.
• Comfortable with respirator use (SCBA).
• 1+ year experience with vacuum tool PMs and sustaining.
• Electrical basics and hand tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Removal of chamber kits and fore lines.
• Safely purge gas and liquid lines.
• Pump purging of gas lines.
• Flush drains and blow out residual liquids.
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
• Power off system and subcomponents.
• Follow LOTO and customer procedures.
• Daily pre-task planning with the customer.
• Document all Decon activities (2D Decon checklist).
• Report status of Decon project.

Pay Rate: $28 DOE

Location: Chandler, AZ

Position Type: (Full Time)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
• Must be able to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
• Pump purging gas lines.
• Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
• Power off all the system and related subcomponents
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures.
• Daily pre-task planning with the customer
• Document all Decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
• Reporting the status of the Decon project.
• Must follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE

Requirements

• Must know Decon/Deinstall on AMAT EPI OEM equipment
• Must be comfortable with BAPA or SCBA (Respirator)
• 1+ years of experience with vacuum tool PM's/sustaining, dry etch preferred
• Electrical Basics and Hand Tools

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs. at a time, ability tobend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift to 50 pounds.
