Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Engineering (Electrical, Automotive, or Mechanical)
• Junior or senior standing preferred, internship with PACCAR Kenworth Division

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to address dealer/customer concerns in service vehicles
• Provide feedback into new product development and document product changes
• Support field service engineering activities to enhance vehicle reliability and serviceability
• Manage corrective action flows and communicate field issues to engineering teams
• Coordinate with cross-divisional teams to implement design inputs and corrective actions
• Identify and report field defects and participate in developing long-term solutions
• Communicate concerns and available corrective actions to relevant stakeholders
