Job summary

Heller Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair, retrofit, deinstall, and train on Heller ovens across domestic US, Canada, and Mexico.

You will diagnose complex issues, perform in-depth diagnostics, and implement durable repairs to maximize uptime. The ideal candidate has an AS or higher in engineering or sciences with 5+ years in field service or engineering roles, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to travel up to 80% (international

Qualifications

AS or higher degree in engineering or sciences (BA/BS preferred).
5+ years as engineering technician or field service engineer.
Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical systems; SMT or semiconductor equipment.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; travel up to 80%.
Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, retrofit, deinstall, and train on Heller ovens.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide tailored solutions.
Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Provide training, documentation, and service reports at customer sites.
Support logistics (RMAs, FAs, inventory, shipping) and field upgrades.
