Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of field service or semiconductor equipment experience.
• Strong ability to read electrical/electro-mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, DVMs, and common diagnostic tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, and remedial repair activities on complex semiconductor capital equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related equipment issues in customer environments.
• Provide timely and professional technical support to customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Interpret and utilize schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to diagnose equipment issues.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and process improvements as required.
• Document service activities, maintenance actions, and technical findings accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer teams to resolve complex issues and improve equipment performance.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset while working with semiconductor equipment.
• Travel domestically and internationally (25%-75%) to support customer installations and service requirements.
