Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking Engineers I & II, Field Service to support semiconductor equipment at customer sites, particularly at TSMC in North Valley, AZ. This role involves significant domestic and international travel, ensuring the tech operates correctly and efficiently, contributing to advanced industries like AI and 5G.

The ideal candidates will have the required technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude, with hands-on experience as a core focus. Team collaboration and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of technical experience in field service or OEM capital equipment for Engineer I.
• Experience in field service or semiconductor capital equipment for Engineer II.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot tool and process issues using structured methods.
• Document work performed and contribute to updates of service procedures.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics

Proficiency with MS Office

Strong customer service mindset

Communication skills

Understanding tool architecture

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field with 4+ years of experience
