Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of field service or mechanical experience or an associate degree with technical experience. You will travel regionally, receive paid training, and work with advanced healthcare technology, with opportunities for growth.

We're hiring a Field Service Engineer I – Healthcare Technology to support healthcare facilities throughout the Des Moines, IA, Minneapolis, MN, and Madison, WI regions.

What you’ll do:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair specialized medical equipment
• Perform field modifications (recalls), upgrades, software updates, and warranty repairs
• Conduct equipment calibration, testing, and performance verification
• Document service activities using ServiceMax
• Provide professional on-site support while traveling throughout the region

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of technical, mechanical, or field service experience, or
• An associate degree or technical/trade school certification with 1+ year of technical experience (internships and apprenticeships welcome)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel regionally with up to 100% travel by air and vehicle
