Job summary

TRUMPF is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, retrofit, upgrade and repair EUV drive laser systems for leading semiconductor clients. The role includes after-hours support, remote diagnostics, case management in SAP, and collaboration with a multinational team.

You will rotate shifts, travel up to 100% domestically and internationally, and must relocate to Phoenix, AZ. A technical associate degree and field service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate's degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in field service or equivalent in customer service preferred.
• Strong electrical and computer systems background with solid diagnostic experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, retrofit, upgrade and repair EUV drive laser systems as part of a multi-national team.
• Provide emergency field service and after-hours support as required.
• Utilize remote diagnostics and SAP to manage cases, missions and reports.
• Interpret technical documentation, schematics and blueprints during support missions.
• Occasional weekend work and shift rotations as needed to meet customer demands.
